Telkom Bullying.

I Have a contract from vodacom. They have stopped to the coverage in this area about a year ago. I went to the Vodacom shop and explain the problem to them. they assured me that they will cancell the contract this was about 8 months ago. I now all of a sudden get a incoice from them for more R1483.00 Please assist me as i see this as Bullying.
