Telkom Bull****ting me for R9000,

Telkom is saying i have a contract with them and owing R9000. i have never had a contract with Telkom in my life, they say Contract was taken in 2013. i wasn't even working at that time,. i wonder how and where they granted me that contract. if it was a white person this would not be happening, i hate the way we are being treated and not given proper information all the time, mxm
