Telkom bulling ADSL customers into 24 month contract.

Telkom is one of the worst companies you can deal with. I had a ADSL line and service. Then they called me and ask if I don't want to change to wireless I said no as you get less data. They still processed the order without my consent. It took months to cancel it. They bulling ADSL customers in accepting their wireless on a 24 month's contract. They called again and said I MUST switch to wireless. I said ok but month to month. Again they process it as a 24 month contract. I did not accept the device yet. They cancelled my ADSL profile and I did not receive any service for two months but they deduct R910 each month. DON'T USE TELKOM
