TELKOM Bull**** of a company !!!!!

A ********** account was opened in my name in 2018 which listed me in the credit bearue or what ever it is, I couldn't buy my car as it reflected badly on my name and credit report , I approached them and told them I fo not have an account and I don't know of an account , what they said to me was that they will conduct investigations as I did not have time to wait for they **** I suggested that I pay and once they are done with their investigations they should refund of which they did their investigations and found out that it was a ********** activity in my name, since 2018 I have been waiting for my ****en refund they are giving the ****en run arounds I am about sick and tired of their bull**** till today, why is that when people owe these companies that they can list us and **** up our credit records and when we need them to refund us they **** us in the ass I need assistance in making this ****en company regret listing my name and wasting my ****en time inconveniencing me and ****ing up my credit record also for not refunding me my ****en money, sons of *****es!!!!!
