Telkom Brooklyn Mall

I visited Telkom Brooklyn Mall the 30 Jan 2021 to apply for a contract phone and I was told that I'll get an sms once credit department has approved my contract, is been 6 days since my application and every time I have to call the shop to find out how far. I have 3 existing contracts with them. I app**** for the same device online and it was approved within 10 minutes, however they didn't have the stock. Am failing to understand why is taking 6 days for someone who already have a contract with you
