TELKOM BROOKLYN IS THE WORST

My mother took out a contract with Telkom for me and everything was going well till the phone was ****** and I had to claim it and also get a sim swap. Firstly it took a full month for me to get a replacement phone after many back and forth. Finally I get my phone. When I try to get a simswap the rude ladies that work at Telkom Brooklyn tell me that there’s no SIM card registered under my mother’s ID and the number I claim to be mine isn’t. I ask how can we resolve this, they look at me an keep quiet. I’m so unhappy and frustrated with Telkom I want my mother to cancel the contract.
