Telkom - Broken promises and pathetic service!!
<p>Requested copies of my invoices for SARS on the 8th... promises, promises, promises yet nothing. Absoultely Pathetic then I get an unsolicited call from an agent regarding an upgrade. When I asked for the info to be emailed I got a sarcastic response that prompted me to decline an offer I was interested in. Thought Telkom was improving but seems I was mistaken.</p>
So here I sit. Not even a call. This is beyond pathetic and shows a TOTAL LACK of respect to me as a client and to yourself for not following up. telkom is once again taking on a joke status due to lack of support and an inability to offer any level of customer service
