Telkom broken promises

I had bought the Lte package of 10mbs and uncapped. For the past three months I have been cut to below than 4 mbs even though I have not reached 150 gigs for the month. I complained so many times it's not funny. Please do a speed test and you will find out that telkom robs innocent people.
