Telkom Broadband Ripoff

Its nice that Telkom are really trying to increase broeadband/similar internet connectivity speeds in a lot of places at reduced prices. <br> Its absolutely ridiculous that you cant however upgdrade so many areas that are still suffering with old technology. In some cases , It I atcually think that youre *****ing from the ******** publlic. I ll give you an example. In my area (Lenasia ext 9), there is no infrastructure available to provide even a speed of 0.5Mbps but you still allow cutomers to apply and obtain 4Mbps lines. Would this not be the same as *****ing ? <br> I am currently pay for a 2Mbps line but have only been getting speeds of up to 0.3Mbps. I realise that what im paying is indicated as being \Up to 2Mbps"but guys in other areas get much better speeds than that for the same price. Calls were logged in this regard but the response is that"
