Telkom broadband 10G contract - a most disturbing and disgusting experience!

I had a Telkom broadband 10G contract. The contact was signed on an official Telkom pre printed contact statement . The contract signed by both parties was dated 20 May 2018 and was valid for 24 months. So obviously there had to be 24 monthly payments which I might add Telkom received and my bank statements reflects! Also obvious to any person who has knowledge of SA contractual law the contact must expire on the 20 May 2020 . Not so says Telkom accounts dept - one must give an official s0 . So I contacted their accounts dept a number of times to explain that time frame under contractual law cannot be indefinite - Telkom tech dept agreed and I stopped get internet access around the 28 May 2020 - end of story - end of contact. So it would seem. Their accounts Dept disagreed on a number of points and kept on billing stating that I had two months of payment left i.e. June / July 2020- because of this, I in turn cancelled their stop orders on my bank & made the final payment around 6 June 2020 by eft. Noting that Telkom had received 24 payments. Well to ct avery long story short, Telkom's accounts dept kept on harassing me. They then turned my so called debt over to a collecting agency. When contacted this specific agency stated "we are not interested in your rebuttal or arguement- pay or else. I simply blacklisted them on my phone . Now I have received notice from P&P Attorneys. I have emailed them a 3 page rebuttal plus all supporting evidence i.e. Telkom's own emails. However I saw your recent involvement with Telkom & P&P Attorneys (your hellopeter post) and this does certainly explain a number of inexplicable things that have happened since this little debacle began. More info is available should you wish to know more!
