Telkom Brits Mall's Pathetic Service

It's been almost a month since waiting for a refund from Telkom Brits Mall Branch for a Samsung Cordless Charger ,I bought the charger and the following day I returned it for a refund and the store said they don't do refund ,after some back and forth they agreed and said they don't have cash in the store and I must come back the following day ,which I did and still there was no cash ,I was asked to mail my bank accounts which I did and didn't get any response, I went back to the store and was told they didn't receive my email, I emailed again while in the store and they got it and almost a week after still nothing and no communication whatsoever.
