Telkom Telkom Brits Mall
I have a serious issue with telkom and the matter is not being resolved ,i took a labtop with telkom brits mall ,the sales agent showed me a D16 Huawei,i agreed to buy it only to find out when i got home the sales consultant gave me a D14- ***.i took back the labtop to the store the following day and i was told they have no stock of the D16 and Telkom has discotinued to to sell the D16 .i requested for the contract to be cancelled and i was told its canceld .i was given a letter from the guy to proof that its been cancelled.3 months down the line i find my name listed on credit bereau.i went back to the store and was promised it will be sorted out .its now MAY ,my ITC is under judgement because of that labtop.when i call the store no one answers .when i call telkom cancelations i cant be assisted aswell.The consultant drafted me a letter and said she is waiting for the area manager to sign this letter.she gave me a reachable number in order for me to follow up withe the signatures lf the area manager .when i call her now,she blocked my number.if this is not resolved im takong this further my number is ***
