Telkom breaks your phone on purpose to make money

Good day, The repair center contracted to Telkom, has broke my phone on purpose. They say Telkoms SOPs allow them to do so and the customer needs to pay. I booked my phone in for repairs under warranty, POP was provided, bought in August 2022. I just needed a charging port to be fixed. The phone was fully functional and would charge with a wireless charger. The repair center then damaged my LCD, motherboard and cracked my back cover. They then called me AFTER they broke my phone to tell me my phone is deemed out of warranty and i need to pay R14k out of my own pocket. They said they will return my phone in pieces as your SOP allows them do treat customers like this. Im utterly disappointed, there was absolutely nothing wrong with my phone, it just had a faulty charging port, only to receive my phone back in unsealed and broken from your repair center who is demanding i pay them R14k cash or get back a broken phone. Please can someone urgently call me back or resolve this matter for me? Case number (***) TRJ168306
