Telkom Breaks and Makes You Wait
<p>A few days back a telkom technician came to fix my neighbours telephone line , the moment he left my line stopped working its obvious the guy did something wrong , its now been a few days and telkom insists you have to wait in the queue for your problem to be attended to.. hows that for service , you break something that is working then you have to wait like everyone else</p>
Hi Launa ... Your response was sent 19 hours ago and to date nobody has called me ? Can i please get some assistance as its now going to be a week that a technician is yet to come out!!
Spoke with an agent this morning , she says our systems are too slow , i cannot log in , can you please drop the call and phone back ???? i asked transfer me to another agent , she says i cannot transfer you have to call back?? what kind of call centre cannot transfer calls???

Jawaad, i did as you requested , By the way the email was sent last night already , to date nobody has called me? Honestly , there is surely a huge gap between your social media team and the technicians as to day i am contacting the call centre and chatting with the social media team and still nobody can get a technician to come over FOR A FAULT THAT TELKOM CREATED!!!
