Telkom breaching yourlls contract deal.

I took a telkom deal in december and not 1 debit order as been taken out of my acc...to date. Ive called numerous of times and every time there are excuses upon excuses. There is always money in my acc on excuted dates as signed on. Telkom agented asked me to deposite into the acc outstanding ballance as they mistakenly typed in chq acc when it waa not, she said upon making the depoiste telkom will there debit as normal aa their system is not loading the coreect details.

We are at the end of april and march april as not been debited out. What do i do? Telkom is breaching yourll contract.
