Telkom breach of mobile contract

So, i made a manual payment to my mobile contract at PNP soneike on the 1 Feb 2020. On the 19th they suspended my lines, numerous phone calls to telkom, has not been sorted, numerous call backs, has not been sorted. Even Ramona,the floor manager from the tygervalley telkom direct store, could not assist me. This is breach of contract and i will take this further, no payments will be made and my account will be credited until you have sorted out this mess.
