Telkom breach of contract

How does one not renew one's Telkom Business Mobile contract?I've attempted a few different routes, and failed, and from what I can see it's not very simple. They don't give options other than contract cancellations in their drop down menus and they don't acknowledge that I'm simply trying to not renew my contract. Is legal the only route? Does anyone know?
