Telkom - Breach of contract

<p>We bought the R199.00 deal from Telkom with limited data. Telkom has been debiting by account with amounts ranging from R200.00 to R700. 00, the latter almost always being the case. When you try to contact the call centre, the lines are always busy. This us a breach of contract. We are extremely dissatisfied with this.</p>
