TELKOM_BREACH OF CONTRACT
I took out a contract in December 2014 with instruction that debit order must go off the 20th of every month and since then it never happened. Telkom just take your money when they want to. I did not sign for a debit order to go off on the 13th of on the 25th and another month it did not go off at all. I am not willing to continue with this type of service for 20 more months. In April I paid the outstanding amount of 3 months for an amount of R803 and then another amount went off the 25th for R535.00. <br> I want to cancel this contract with immediate effect as this is breach of contract from Telkom side, or should we handle this via Lawyers? Feedback urgently please
