Telkom Branches are a joke, shocking service

The Telkom branches which you can visit are completely useless. Staff have no concern for the problems I am facing. Apparently they are strictly 'sales' offices. What about after sales service? This does not seem to be a concern for Telkom, they are happy for you to pay for their products but if things go wrong, they are impossible to deal with. My intekom email account has been down for almost 2 weeks and the Telkom call service agents who are working from home are unable to help me. I am appalled by their service.
