Telkom branch Pinetown - Disgusting Service

The service at this branch seems to deteriorate with each month. Last month (March) i was delayed due to their card machine needing to be charged, i am pregnant and almost toppled over as you get assistance without being offered any chair. This month (April) i stood outside the shop in a line whilst watching a number of consultants sitting at their desks, some standing and chatting. There was 1 consultant assisting a client whilst everyone else just sat around and watched the line grow longer. Furthermore the amount of attitude these consultants have is shocking. If i could find another branch close to me i would use it, the service at Sanlam Centre Telkom branch is absolutely shocking!!!!!
