Telkom braking contract

11March 2019 I sign a 2 year cell phone contract with Telkom . On 13September 2019 Telkom cancelled my contract and made my sim card and number dead and after 2week and hundreds of calls and visits to Telkom store I got my number live as a prepaid number and have been waiting for Telkom for 18 Months to contact me to explain what happen but nothing. 5 different debt collectors have contacted me for the R7000 that Telkom said I own them, but after I said them the documents and explanation of what happen the collectors just stop contacting me and said Telkom has no case foe that Money because Telkom is at fault by braking contract with me.
