Telkom Boulders Shopping Centre - a disaster!

Telkom Mobile is complete ****!! Telkom Boulders Shopping Centre. I recently took out a cellphone contract with them. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with their billing systems and procedures. 1st installment was never debited, I had to do a manual payment, 2nd installment not debited again, I made a manual payment on the 1st of August. When I called after the 1st instance they assured me it will take off. I went to the store only to find out they have the incorrect banking details which was off because they did a debit order mandate on the bank account I gave permission to. Also I have a data SIM contract with them which debits from the account I gave the debit order mandate for. Now my services are blocked, apparently payment has not been allocated, how? When the 1st payment was allocated. They now blocked my data SIM but the debit order went off on the 25th of July. I am so disgusted to say the least. I need Tshepo Maphothoma at Telkom Boulders to fix this mess asap!! What an inconvenience.
