Telkom bolt speed hoax

Unbelievable bad product and service from telkom. Bolt speed fibre is a hoax. My cellphone 3G is faster and more reliable than our 10mbps uncapped fibre line. Telkom feels nothing for their clients and do not action complaints. If their product doesn't work they charge you a R1200 call out fee. Good luck doing business this way. Myself nor my business will never spend a sent on Telkom again.
