Telkom Boardwalk Port Elizabeth is pathetic

Came to the Telkom Boardwalk on Sunday 19/10/2025 for an upgrade. Thandi assisted with questions, i decided, she asked which colour i want, i signed the papers and then she said they dont have stock. It will come this week. I phoned today 23/10, 17 times but nobody is answering the phones so i had to come to the shop with the 3 ladies in the shop almost asleep in their chairs @ 10h10 in the morning. Onky to hear that i will get my new phone only next week. Pathetic is not the coreect word to describe the client service experience here. All i hear is just excuses. So i was signed up on the weekend for upgrade, they have their sale and dont worry about it further because they are not affected by this. Terrible, horrible, unprofessional, pathetic client service. Telkom must be very proud!!!!
