Telkom... Bo man you can do better

As a new cuatomer - horrible service. Ive been on the phone since 9 this morning trying to activate the new wifi contract - we received our router with sim card on Friday. Everyone gives me a different nr to phone. Ive used r300 airtime already and im nowhere closer to being helped.
