TELKOM BLUFF NO ASSSISTANCE TO 84 YEAR OLD LADY

Mrs M Nair (My Grandmother )DOB 08/10/1937 AGED 84 YEARS went into the Bluff Telkom stores and is very disappointed at the service she received. After numerous attempts to sort our her Telkom landline she is still awaiting a solution. Telkom encouraged her to change her phone to the cordless phone(With the simcard) yet the phone never works in her home. Please can some one assist my 84 year old Grandmother as She will not be able to go in and out of your BLUFF stores and to top it off be treated very rudely by Store Clerks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . M Nair needs this landline for security purposes. Reasons given from Telkom wont cut it for us...Please sort this out asap. *** /***
