Telkom blues

I recently renewed my Telkom Mobile contract. I have noticed a difference with the new contract. Previously, calls to all Telkom numbers, both mobile and fixed line were free. I always tried to call Telkom numbers to avoid voice call charges but things have changed at Telkom. I now pay calls to book my car service, calls which were free in the last two years. Only calls to Telkom mobile numbers are still free. When your service provider changes rules of the game without warning, that's the language we consumers understand very well. That it's time to go.
