TELKOM BLODY SKELEM

I have never been so disappointed in my life with TELKOM and how they operate. Okay in 2021 i took a contract phone with "Telkom" and mind you i paid via a debit order. For 3 years I was surprised 3 years has passed but they still deducting money from my account. I tried many times in phoning them with no luck as the recorded messages they ask for the number that i was using and i am no longer using it nor remember. Okay now due to my patience running slow and not getting to Telkom anyway i started reversing the deducted monies. And now remember such can hammer you're credit record. This year they forwarded me to a Law firm "Bham&Dahya Attorneys whom said they are acting on behalf of Telkom as i owe them i explained the situation to them they just said i should just pay the arrears witch was R700.00 after that i will be fished. i paid but guess what they still deducting when i call them they say they cant help me i must contact TELKOM but you will never get Telkom on the line even this month i am still paying. PEOPLE don't ever take a contract with TELKOM it will end in tears. They are running around and cant get hold of them when you have to cancel the contract.
