Telkom blocked my sim n cannot do simswap

I have been using my Telkom number for over a year..Telkom just decided to block it saying that i did not register it in my name and i am not given a chance to atleast do a simswap thats what their unprofessional and rude consultant told me..mind you i got the simcard on the streets from someone wearing Telkom branding, Iregistered my details on some book..as a struggling entrepreneur during this Covid,my business is struggling as it is...these parastatals are **** ..Telkom is the worst company ever i hate it
