Telkom blocked my account for no reason!

I paid my bill at the beginning of May, today Telkom has blocked my account saying it is not paid, I cannot make or receive calls, I had to use a different number to even call them, when you call there is no option to speak to a human, all their options dont solve the problem I have, I am so annoyed that they blacked my account even though its up to date! I dont understand why we cannot speak to a human for help! Be careful when using Telkom
