Telkom blaming Eskom for poor performance

For a week now the LTE Speed drops in the morning so you can't have anything open. I have logged 2 tickets about this and nobody can give me an update. The speed conveniently comes back as soon as I can get hold of Telkom. Then they blame Eskom's loadshedding although there is no loadshedding at the moment nor anytime last week before 9:00.
