Telkom blacklisted me for what?

Telkom black listed me, but cannot get info from them. I was a happy Telkom client for more tha 10 years. Got a call from a sales lady from Telkom. Save money by going on a wireless internet system. She warned call is recorded. I said OK will go on if I get same quality service. Wireless arrived and no signal or weak signal. Cancelled both my contracts on the 21st August 2018 VIA INTERNET AS PER TELKOMS INSTRUCTIONS. Got 2 x reference numbers ********** and ********** . Both debit orders continued and I stopped the deductions at the bank. Never received any statements or invoices. Then got a call from MCS collecting debt on behalf of Telkom. I sent them an email with cancellation numbers, gave it on the phone and yet I am black listed. Today went back to Telkom shop, they phoned a call centre and the gentleman said statements were sent to email wright off ********** Never heard of such an email. Account number ********** 00 or number ********** 631 or ********** 706 , but still I have no invoices or statements, not sure what I owe and for what and black listed
