Telkom blacklisted me even though I'm with MTN

<p>I'm have an iPhone 6, but one day the phone didn't want to pick up signal any more, so I took it to the istore in fourways for repairs. After multiple attempts at trying to service my phone Apple told me that my phone was blacklisted. I went to MTN my service provider to find out why they would do that, but (and this is the best part) it turned out Telkom blacklisted my phone.</p> <p> </p> <p>i tried explaining to a few telkom ladies on the phone what has happened and that have to rectify their error, but they are stumped..."sorry sir I don't know how and what to do" is the general response. </p>
