TELKOM BLACKLISTED ME!!!!!!!!!!
TELKOM BLACKLISTED ME. Just called Telkom ********** . Spoke to Asanda and I sent email to ********** After closing my account on 7 December 2017 and Marking Clearly CANCEL ALL MY SERVICES/PRODUCTS I get told by Asanda I did not cancel all my services. The form I submitted clearly states ALL SERVICES. They give you the option on the form. I have been following up all this time and Nothing! Instead telkom chooses to black listed me.

25 Mar 2019, 11:08I called Telkom out of sheer desperation after being Blacklisted and my call was answered by a lady who could not answer me on anything! Useless. After I put the phone down on her, I called again and my call was answered by a guy; what an amazing person. Within 3 weeks my problem is nearly solved. We are almost there...almost. Thank you TOBELA KILANI. You are worth your weight in gold! If only the people taking care of complaint platforms like this one can be as efficient as you.
Telkom - Take care of this guy...if you guys will ever read this....
