Telkom **** black Friday specials and failing to deliver the special they promised people

I bought a phone on contract Samsung S24 FE on the 28th of November 2024 at Telkom during their black Friday special which ran from 18th Nov to 8th December 2024. It was a telkom combo it was supposed to come with Samsung smar****ch. I was told that they are out of stock for smar****ch they will contact me as soon as they get stock, on the first I emailed the lady she was assisting she told me they haven't received stock yet but she trust by the 8th they will be having stock, I went to they're store in Vaal mall, I was told that because it's December shops are closed they will let me know when to collect my phone, I didn't buy phone in December mine was bought in November, and I asked why did they run specials without stock they didn't even try to answer, it's a full month today without a phone without no communication
