Telkom black friday ****

I entered into a contract with telkom in November 2017 for the black friday 40G data. The phone was delivered but I was not getting any data for 6 months despite the fact that my account was being debited every month. I went to the store several times to try and get the issue resolved but I did not get any help. Up until today telkom is debiting my account and giving me less than 2G of data instead of the 16G. And they keep giving me the run around, call this number for assistance where you hold for hours and noone answers. This big companies are exploiting and abusing us as they have the resources to do so. All of their processes for disputes are designed to frustrate people. One is able to buy and enter into contracts at the store but the stores do not deal with disputes and instead refer clients to call centres.
