Telkom Black Friday Deal

The service from Telkom Watercrest Mall and Telkoms Escalations department is lacking to say the least and to put it lightly. I signed up for the black Friday deal in December and still have not received the free gifts as per the adverti*****t. I have been mislead and heard endless excuses and promises of what will be done. I am now being made to wait for the employee to be paid so he can purchase the "free gifts" from the deal I signed up to with Telkom. I think it is disgraceful that an organization of this magnitude handles claims in this manner.
