TELKOM BLACK FRIDAY 2018 PROMO

Good Day i app**** for a P Smart contract online which was on Promo for Black Friday (23/11/2018) , when the agent called me back he advised that i was approved and i will receive the Watch as i was part of the first 200 customers, on Sunday (25/11/2018) i receive an SMS stating the application was declined i contacted Telkom this morning (26/11/2018) since the call center is closed on Sunday's i was informed by the agent to go to a store and submit documents ,i went to a Telkom store to submit documents but they refused to accept it stating that online sales are independent and that they cannot do anything i contacted the call center back and they were shocked that i got that type of response from a store. NOBODY CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS!!! AM I GOING TO MISS OUT ON THIS PROMO

Bear in mind i am an EXISTING TELKOM CUSTOMER.
