Telkom biometrics or Authoritarian state

Had my phone ******. Had a few phone from a friend in a day however I sit at telkom for hours to change my sim card only to be told my fingerprints dont match my ID book? It is now the third day that my replacement sim is not working.

Worst company ever. I dont know how they still exist when ever review is negative.
