TELKOM BINDING SIM CARD THAT I DONT WANT AND NOT EVEN USED

Telkom DOES NOT cancel contracts! Be warned! So disappointed in Telkom. I tried to get hold of the agent Nqobile Mbajwa the some day on the 19/02/2020 how she send me a package we did not agree apon today I got a statement of a Sim Card that I wont even use . and spoke to an agent named Samkelisiwe she said she will tell Nqobile and the manager to call me till today the is no response from the company . Called again and nothing.first agent hung up on me. Called back and was helped by another useless agent. If you don't like being stuck in a contract that you have want Telkom you will never be able to successfully cancel even if the say you can cancel before 7 day You will never be able to get hold of anyone to help you cancel . The procedures are designed to fail. No one knows who did what so you will just get pushed around from agent to agent .

If this matter is not resolved I taking this issue further I am not going to be bul**** in a contract I dint agree on .
