Telkom bills you even if your wifi has been switched off.

i have taken out a month to month wifi with Telkom, however i have not paid for 3 months.

upon wuerying how much should i pay for the 3 months and the re-connection, i get told by Koveshrie that i not only need to pay for the 3 months but i also need to pay for months after that as well until current.

how do you pay for something that you have not made use of.
