Telkom Bills Me R2517.02 When problem hasnt been resolved AI***

<p>I am extremely dissapointed by Telkom. I have been billed R2517.02 for services that have not been offered despite lodging numerous complaints that the internet does not work properly and our number still doesnt receive calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>They sent out technicians who tried to solve the problem... he then instructed us to buy another handset, which we did but still the problem was not resolved. We called them again and they said they escalated the problem but still nothing uptothis day only to be slapped with a bill of R2517.02 for a half baked cookie!??</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont see any point paying this amount for this period in question until this has been resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
