Telkom bills me for 10Mbps connection, but I never get more than 2Mbps.

While i am billed for a 10Mbps connection, i never get more than 2Mbps. What is the use of paying for 10Mbps if i cant even get close to it? More often than not, i resort to using my phone as a hotspot.

Absolutely unacceptable!! I have given Telkom more than a year to resolve this and still no improvement. I will be cancelling their services and switching ISP to someone who actually provides what i pay for.
