Telkom bills for no reason

On the morning of 22/02/2016 my internet was off. I referred this issue to my ISP. The ISP reported back to me that Telkom suspended my line and I must query my account.<br> <br> This makes no sense as I pay my internet service provider for my internet and my line rental in a packaged deal. Why did Telkom for no reason start billing me from December???? What am I being billed for???? My ISP is paying the line rental and I should have absolutely nothing to do with Telkom.<br> <br> I need to understand why Telkom suddenly expects me to pay for something when those payments should come from Afrihost as part of my deal.
