Telkom Billkom

Telkom is just a useless service provider with no network coverage. All they know is billing. You can go to any mall and you will notice long queues of disgruntled customers outside their stores. I had a Telkom contract which I took over from my previous employer which clearly stipulated that I would pay a monthly fee of R333,00 and guess what? I was billed R879,98 and when I raised it with them and send them the copy of the contract they did not want to listen and I went to the bank to reverse the debit and they started threatening me with their lawyers. If you are looking for a cellphone contract you rather look elsewhere or else you will join the long queues in their stores on a month to month basis.
