Telkom Billing/Cancelled Contract

I cancelled my internet (fixed line) contract with Telkom the end of February 2018. I gave 30 days notice and my last payment was due end March. I did not have any further service since beginning of April. I received notification that my cancellation was received and processed. This is not a contract where usage is measured at the end of the month.

I received an account for the end April (R712.22) and I contacted the billing department to query this and was given a case number ( ********** 2). The amount was debited from my bank account and I reversed the funds. I received another account for end May with additional charges (account subscription and once-off charges. Total amount owing R925.46). I queried it with the billing department again (case number ********** 9). Once again I reversed the funds when it was debited from my bank. I logged another call (case number ********** 0) I phoned the call centre on 14/6/2018 and received yet another case number ( ********** 0) Now I am receiving SMS messages threatening me with interruption of service (which I do not have anyway), credit bureau listing and collection by attorneys.

I am not liable for any fees as I kept my side of the contract to cancel by giving 30 days notice.
