Telkom Billing (WORST ISP)

1st telkom then nudebt then telkom again now ********** i keep on telling everyone, the account was paid up when i moved over from adsl to fibre, i show them all the ap to date proof of payments and proof when i went over to fibre including my months notice payment (for a month to month data line). i dont know anymore they are the worst isp on earth. i am now sitting with a telkom account of over R2000, they keep on billing me. spoke to Kegan Heilbron at telkom as well with ref. ********** 9 but still they are billing me, everyone says they will come back to me no one comes back to me they keep on billing me every month for something i dont have anymore since Aug 2018 when i paid my months notice, from Aug 2018 up until this very moment no data usage on that a line that doesnt even exist anymore, i bought my adsl and lte router cash and paid for data every month before usage, now even my lte sim card is blocked - PLEASE STOP BILLING ME
