Telkom Billing - Such Blatant Theft

Never get any contract even if it's just a simple modem from Telkom. I had a contract for a modem data package with them for R99pm for 24months. I stopped using the modem for 3 months because my partner had a better package as such had no use for it. So it was never switched on or used months, but Telkom came back at charged me R520 in month 3, R310 in month 2 and R290 in month 1 and all this time this device was never switched on or used on my end.

When I called to understand what this billing is, they tell me the device was used. To make calls and smses. Like really? What do you mean it was used. The device is a modem and not a phone and it is even deep down in the wardrobe with things that haven't been used in ages.

I want all my money back. I eventually cancelled when I couldn't get this resolved before they bill me again next month for something that is not used.

Telkom must ask us to donate if they challenges and not blatantly ***** our money through ********** billing.
