Telkom Billing Services are Horrible

I had about 4 different products from Telkom taken out at different times. when the contracts ended Telkom continued with the Debit order, I then called in to cancel and it kept on going on. I ended up blocking the debit at the bank and now it is affecting my credit score as it shows months not paid.

Every time I call in they say "we will escalate it" and nothing happens except for the debit attempt. Such a HUGE inconvenience.
